Legal Counsel – Hospitality Travel Intelligence

Serve as the primary legal advisor for the Hospitality Travel Intelligence business unit, supporting partnership teams, data governance, commercial contracting, product launch, and Go‑to‑Market activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice throughout the product lifecycle for Travel Intelligence solutions.


• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, data licensing, technology partnerships, and distribution agreements.


• Advise sales and product teams across multiple customer segments such as airlines, airports, retail, and financial services.


• Lead compliance, data privacy, and data governance matters, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
