LEGAL COUNSEL - M&A SPECIALIST MilanPQE: 1-3 years PQE Area of Expertise: In-House

Founded in the seventies, this company is now looking to strengthen its busy legal department by hiring an M&A Specialist.

You will be part of the corporate department, but you will focus on M&A deals, working independently and unsupervised. You will be exposed to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture deals.

You will be a junior lawyer currently working in a primary law firm. You will have excellent communication and management skills. You will have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. You should be comfortable to assume responsibility. Strong planning and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, accuracy will complete the profile. You will be a native Italian speaker with fluent English (written and spoken).
