GENERAL Full time office – Randburg Someone about to be at Senior Associate level More generalist role – someone who is able to cover a number of legal matters that come up Someone technically sound in legal matters across the responsibilities listed in job spec below Contracts with vendors OR Medical Schemes OR Partnership PV contracts – draft, do negotiations, conclude employment issues – contracts, performance, misconduct – advising managers, regulations for the industry – compliance etc. Healthcare background – digital health tech / data and healthcare services business (either of these would be ideal) Someone who has legal practice exposure but ideally CORPORATE experience is needed.
