Legal Counsel (In-house) M&A experience

We are partnering with a global shipping company to hire a Junior Legal Counsel to support corporate, commercial, and compliance matters across the business. This role offers exposure to cross-border M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, contract negotiations, and regulatory advisory work while working closely with regional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in private practice or an in-house legal team, with a background in corporate law, M&A, or compliance. Experience in the shipping industry or familiarity with sanctions‑related matters will be an advantage.
