<p>Provides Legal Counsel and advice to the Corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with Federal, State And Local Laws.<br><p><strong>Essential Functions </strong></p><ul><li>Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br><p><strong>Minimum Education</strong></p> <p>Juris Doctorate degree from an Accredited Bar Association (ABA).
