Responsibilities

1. Draft, review, negotiate various legal documents, contracts and agreements for all kinds of business operation, such as NDA, sales contract (including but not limited to dealer agreement and after‑sales agreement), purchase agreement, cooperation agreement, memorandum; maintain and update contract templates/precedents from time to time to improve the contract management process constantly.
2. Participate in the qualification review of potential business partners, including but not limited to the qualification of dealer, compliance review and etc.
