Legal Counsel - Energy Operations

The responsibilities associated with the position include:

A. Legal Support to Operations & Maintenance

• Provide day-to-day legal advice and support to the Operations and Maintenance group of the SNAP power generation companies.
• Ensure operational activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Handle the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements to safeguard company interests.

B. Support to Corporate and Functional Groups

• Deliver secondary legal support to all other support groups (e.g., insurance, finance, HR, procurement, administration) on matters affecting the maintenance and continuity of business operations.
