Legal Counsel (Corporate)

This is a general corporate legal role working with a lean legal and corporate secretarial team. The client is also open to junior lawyers from litigation background with a strong interest to pivot in‑house. The Legal Counsel will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. The role will partner closely with business units to support corporate transactions, including financing activities, investments and divestments, by providing commercially sound legal advice throughout the transaction lifecycle.
