Job Description

The Role
As Legal Counsel – Commercial Property, you'll play a key role in supporting Superdry's retail estate, providing commercially focused legal advice across lease negotiations, property projects and strategic business initiatives. Partnering with teams across Property, Retail and Finance, you'll help drive commercial decisions, manage risk and ensure our property portfolio continues to support the success of the business.
You Will
Advise on the negotiation and commercial implementation of a varied range of commercial property agreements covering every aspect of Superdry’s retail operations. You will be keen to learn more about wholesale and franchise.
Support the General Counsel on property litigation matters.
Provide highly commercial and practical advice on property laws and regulations. The property growth work being at the heart of Superdry’s turnaround strategy.
