Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a variety of legal topics and managing complex matters with multiple stakeholders. Key responsibilities include
Corporate and Commercial Transactions:
- Lead the legal aspects of corporate structuring including the incorporation of new entities and joint ventures in key markets.
- Draft review and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements including distributor agreements inventory management contracts and lease agreements for office and operational facilities.
- Provide legal oversight on distributor relations including renewals non-renewals terminations and related dispute resolution.
- Manage legal workstreams for strategic projects office relocations and the closing of business entities in compliance with local regulations in Morocco and other jurisdictions.
