As Legal Counsel, you will provide legal support to the French affiliates and business units of the Uriach group, collaborating on global transversal projects led by headquarters in an international environment.
Responsabilidades
Advise all departments of the French affiliates on any legal issues they may face in their day‑to‑day operations, including commercial law, pharmaceutical law (drugs, medical devices, food supplements), competition law, advertising law, and more.
Draft, review, and lead the negotiation of all types of commercial contracts required by internal stakeholders (e.G., NDA, manufacturing, distribution, licensing, service provision).
Prepare or lead the preparation of all corporate documentation necessary for the companies within French affiliates and maintai...
