Legal Counsel (5 to 10 PQE) – Global Shipping / Asset-Heavy Platform

We are partnering with a leading international asset-heavy platform to appoint a Legal Counsel in Singapore. This is a newly created role within an established and well-regarded legal team, supporting a global business across multiple jurisdictions.

The role offers strong exposure to a dynamic environment operating at the intersection of shipping, logistics, commodities and energy, and would suit a commercially minded lawyer seeking a broad, hands-on in-house position.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including service, supplier, subcontractor and confidentiality agreements
• Support disputes relating to commercial contracts and asset-related transactions
• Assist on corporate and financing matters, including joint ventures and cross-border transactions
