The role ensures transparent, accurate, and timely financial information, supports operational decision-making, and drives cost efficiency, profitability, and compliance with corporate and local requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis, Cost & Performance Controlling- Analyze variances between actual results and forecast; provide clear explanations and corrective action proposals- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, costs and efficiency- Support productivity, efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives together with plant managementReporting & Management Support- Prepare monthly management reports for local OPS review- Act as a business partner to Plant Management- Provide financial analyses and simulations for local dec...
