What you’ll do: Acts as a functional expert by providing sound labour law advice to clients Handle activities relating to litigation, negotiations, CCMA & Labour court Provide relevant and advanced internal and external legal training Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, opinions and contracts for clients utilizing sound legal principles Attend internal and external meetings and provide legal input where required Administrative duties associated with the role which include but are not limited to time‑responsive emails, submission of timesheets and travel claims, and filing correspondence related to all aspects of work for ease of reference Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with clients & stakeholders Your Expertise: 5‑8 years of labour law experience representing parties in disciplinary investigations, collective bargaining and arbitrations Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, and Excel) Excellent written and ver...
