Legal Consultant - Payments

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - Payments Counsel for our global fintech client.

• Deliver legal support for day‑to‑day commercial operations, including corporate and cross‑border matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and related documentation
• Provide support on strategic business initiatives from a legal perspective
• Work closely with internal teams in a fast‑paced, evolving environment to anticipate and manage legal risk

• Qualified lawyer with 4–8(+) years’ PQE, including inhouse/law firm experience in payments or fintech
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
