Job Description

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - Investment Management to join our team and provide ongoing support to our Fortune 500 clients in the asset management sector:

 Key Requirements
Review and negotiate NDAs, engagement/mandate letters, term sheets and non‑binding offers 

Advise deal and investment teams on legal/commercial terms (scope of services, fees, liability/indemnities, etc.)

Support transaction execution, including coordination with external counsel and ensuring documentation aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to template and process improvements
Requirements
Circa 3–6 years’ PQE with background from likes of asset management firms, private equity and hedge funds.May consider background from broader financial services for the right candidate
