Responsibilities

• Lead all legal, compliance, and intellectual property activities across European operations
• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial, licensing, collaboration, and data-related agreements
• Advise senior management on corporate, governance, employment, and operational legal matters
• Oversee corporate governance, entity management, and coordination of external legal counsel
• Develop and maintain an effective compliance framework, ensuring adherence to applicable legal, regulatory, and industry requirements
• Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, internal audits, and employee training programs
