Job Description
Responsibilities
- Draft review and edit legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in both English and Arabic. Ensure all documents comply with legal standards and company policies.
- Conduct legal research on various topics including laws and regulations, case precedents, and industry‑specific legislation. Summarize findings and provide insights to the legal team.
- Assist in managing legal cases and projects, including organizing case files, maintaining accurate records, and tracking deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders. Schedule meetings and facilitate effective communication between the legal team and external parties.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements for the legal team.
- Support the legal team in ensuring the company’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
