• Legal Research & Analysis : Conduct detailed comparative research on evolving global digital asset regulations (e.g., MAS Payment Services Act, European MiCA, and US frameworks) to support the firm's cross-border expansion
• Commercial Contract Support : Assist in reviewing and drafting fundamental corporate and commercial documentation, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Service Provider Contracts, and vendor agreements.
