Legal Analyst (Bogotá)

You will be responsible for managing contracts, supporting compliance efforts, and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration to mitigate legal risks under the supervision of company counsel.

Core Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit low‑to medium‑complexity agreements, letters, and legal documents using templates and playbooks; identify and elevate non‑standard terms, high‑risk clauses, and material deviations.
• Manage the contract lifecycle: coordinate approvals, handle e‑signature and wet signatures, file fully executed documents, and track key dates, renewals, obligations, and terminations.
• Support compliance operations under counsel direction (policy upkeep, logs/reporting, training logistics).
• Assist with vendor and customer due diligence, questionnaires, and Data Protection Impact Assessments in partnership with Security/IT and Procurement.
