Legal Advisor (UAE)

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal notices.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Handle employment and labour law matters, including HR policies and disputes.
• Advise on litigation strategy and coordinate with external law firms where required.
• Support debt recovery, commercial disputes, and risk management.
• Assist with company formation, licensing, regulatory approvals, and compliance.
• Protect the company's legal interests across all business units.

Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders when necessary
