Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Service Experience Design) - School of Design & Media

[What the role is]

They should have at least 5 years of experience in UX/CX or business transformation, be proficient in design tools like Figma and Adobe XD, and stay current with trends in immersive technologies and generative AI. Strong communication skills and experience in tertiary or adult education are preferred.
