The Department of Primary Health Care, Faculty of Medicine - Wellington provides outstanding undergraduate medical education and is at the leading edge of interprofessional education at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. We are proud of our interdisciplinary research activity informing practitioners and consumers, patients and policy makers about many aspects of health and primary care. We are also committed to working closely with iwi and Māori organisations, and mātauranga Māori has become an integral part of teaching and research across the institution.
