Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacist and educator to contribute to the delivery and continuous improvement of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) across the Doctor of Pharmacy program.

You will play a key role in designing and coordinating high-quality clinical placements, ensuring students gain meaningful, diverse, and practice-ready experiences aligned with evolving scopes of practice and accreditation standards.

In this role, you will:
Deliver high-quality teaching and coordination of WIL units across undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy programs

Lead the design and continuous improvement of practice-based education, including innovative assessment methods such as Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs)

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, community pharmacy, aged care, and primary care settings to support sustainable clinical placements
