- Individuals who will participate in industry projects to keep our curriculum at the cutting edge, ensuring learners are equipped for challenges and opportunities of the F&B industry.
- Individuals who wish to support the growth and development of pastry & baking within the F&B industry through training and development.
- Responsible for pastry & baking and F&B operations curriculum development, delivery, project supervision, assessment setting, and marking for full-time and part-time WSQ courses.
