# About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Masters degree in relevant subject or discipline and recognised level 7 postgraduate teaching qualification in relevant subject or discipline (e.g. Cambridge DELTA, PGCE). 2. Demonstrable experience of successfully designing and delivering general and discipline specific academic skills sessions for UG, PGT and PGR students in non-pathway based UK HE, including one-to-one tutorials and large group sessions, for a broad variety of student groups, online and on campus. 3. Evidence of understanding the specific needs of international students and the experience required to address them through pedagogic practices. 4. Experience of developing engaging synchronous and asynchronous, on campus and online teaching and learning resources that align with the principes of student success. 5.
