Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self‑motivated Blacksmith & Welding Lecturer to join our growing team at the Kingston Maurward Campus. This role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Blacksmithing and Welding, supporting students to achieve outstanding outcomes, develop industry‑ready skills, and progress into employment or further study.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of Kingston Maurward’s land‑based provision by integrating practical, commercial, and employer‑led experiences into the curriculum. Provide industry‑relevant instruction and assessment.
