Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing or any equivalent
2. Proven experience as Business Manager or relevant role
3. Organizational and leadership skills
4. Experience in conducting feasibility studies
5. Can work with minimal supervision
6. Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
7. Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
8. Ability to analyze company procedures to make improvements
9. Real estate experience is a must
