Matchbox Consulting Group is partnering with one of BC's most established residential real estate investment, development, and property management companies, looking for a Leasing Strategy Manager to lead their rental leasing function province-wide.
With close to $1 billion in assets under management, 150 staff, and a portfolio spanning Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan they are a vertically integrated operation with in-house acquisitions, development, construction, marketing, leasing, and property management teams all under one roof.
This role sits at the top of the leasing function.
