Job Description
Job Summary
- Develop and execute leasing strategies for commercial, medical, and administrative units.
- Prepare and study the ideal tenant mix to ensure a balanced and integrated project.
- Manage leasing marketing campaigns, brokers, and negotiations with prospective tenants.
- Monitor occupancy and revenue performance, and prepare regular leasing and market reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate leasing or real estate marketing.
- Experience in commercial or medical projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to successfully close deals.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and market assessment skills.
