Retail Leasing Manager

Our client seeks to employ an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join their team based in Umhlanga.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all leasing functions, which includes reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
2. Lease of the existing and new development retail spaces.

Qualifications:

1. Matric with Business Qualification; a Degree/Diploma in Retail Management is advantageous.
2. Possess a SACSC Certificate and be registered with an active FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate).
3. A valid driver’s license is needed as site visitation is required.
