Job Description
This position is responsible for leading and managing the Group Leasing function across Hektar Property Services Sdn Bhd’s retail and commercial property portfolio to maximize occupancy, optimize tenant mix, enhance rental revenue, and strengthen overall asset performance.
The Manager, Group Leasing is accountable for developing and executing leasing strategies, driving tenant acquisition and retention, overseeing lease negotiations, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring alignment with the Group’s commercial and operational objectives.
This role also plays a strategic leadership function in portfolio positioning, market competitiveness, revenue optimization, tenant relationship management, and capability development of the leasing team.
