Job Description
The Leasing Executive is responsible for overseeing all leasing-related activities within the commercial / Residential portfolio. This role focuses on maximizing occupancy rates, developing tenant relationships, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring all leasing operations are in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The Leasing Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the effective execution of leasing strategies, tenant sourcing, and ongoing lease management.
