Leasing & Business Development Specialist

A leading real estate development firm is seeking a Leasing Officer to assist in sourcing and maintaining leasing accounts. Responsibilities include marketing, new business generation, and assisting the Division Head with financial projections and market analysis. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or business, experience in leasing/selling, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in SAP and PowerPoint is preferred. This role is located in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines.
