About the Opportunity
Are you a people-focused, sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment? Zen Residential Ltd. is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Leasing Agent to support leasing success across our residential portfolio.
As a key point of contact for prospective residents, you will guide prospects from first inquiry through to signed lease. You will play an important role in supporting occupancy, revenue growth, prospect experience, and resident satisfaction by delivering timely communication, professional showings, strong follow-up, and accurate leasing support.
In this role, you will work closely with Property Managers and the broader leasing team to support leasing activity, maintain accurate prospect information, and help create a positive first impression of Zen Residential communities.
