Job Description
Leasing Management & Administration
- Identify and evaluate new site opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Negotiate tenancy terms, rental rates, and renewals in line with business objectives.
- Review, and maintain lease agreements for all outlets, office and warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and renewal requirements.
- Maintain a central database of lease documentation, rental payment schedules, and key deadlines.
- Track and report on lease obligations, expiries, and renewal timelines.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to evaluate brand performance across malls and retail clusters.
- Collect and analyse data on footfall, shopper demographics, and catchment areas to make informed leasing decisions.
