Rate: Up to £31.36 per hour (umbrella)
Contract: 3 months with potential extension
Location: Wembley or Besingstoke (2 days per week in the office)
Travel: No site travel required

We are recruiting for a Leasehold Compliance Officer to join a well-established housing organisation on an initial 3 month contract. This is a good opportunity for someone with solid leasehold, homeownership or compliance experience who enjoys detailed casework, legal processes and working with residents, solicitors and internal teams to get matters completed accurately.

What you'll be doing

• Processing lease extensions, enfranchisement, Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications
• Managing landlord certificate applications in line with Building Safety Act requirements
• Reviewing leasehold enquiries, notices, consents, sales and related legal activity
