Job Description
Degree in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
6 years of relevant experience in a similar role with a sound understanding of the real estate industry.
High level of accuracy in all work, with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word / Excel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members
