Learning Support Teacher - 046-2026

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a compassionate, flexible, and student-centered Learning Support Teacher who is passionate about supporting diverse learners in a culturally responsive school environment. The Learning Support Teacher will work collaboratively with the Inclusive Education Lead, classroom teachers, literacy and numeracy support staff, and families to provide targeted academic, behavioral, and social‑emotional support for students with diverse learning needs. This is a classroom‑based position where the teacher will operate a dedicated resource room to support students individually and in small groups. The successful candidate will adapt, modify, and differentiate instructional materials and learning experiences to ensure all students can access the curriculum and experience success. This is a full‑time position reporting directly to the Inclusive Education Lead of Elsie Fabian School.
