Responsibilities
Conduct Language Skills Support Training, Accent Neutralization, and other communication-related training programs as part of new hire onboarding across various accounts. Design, enhance, and facilitate additional training programs aligned with our internal University curriculum, focusing on leadership development and communication tools. Evaluate the language proficiency of employees who require further language support and provide targeted coaching and training. Develop and implement action plans for continuous language development based on performance and operational needs.
