Our team doesn't build courses and hope vendors find them. We design intelligent, data-informed learning experiences embedded directly into vendor workflows, surfacing the right content, to the right vendor, at the right moment.

The Program Manager on this team makes sure it all connects. While our designers go deep on individual learning problems, you hold the wider view: what do vendors need in their first 30 days? How do our webinars reinforce what we're building? Where should we focus next, and why? You own programs that tie individual solutions into coherent vendor journeys, build the reporting that makes our impact visible, and drive the operational rhythm that keeps a small, ambitious team shipping quality work at pace.

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 2,033 gross per month...
