Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Partner to join our vibrant primary school team. As a Learning Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the educational development of our students, working closely with teachers to provide tailored support to children across all year groups.
Key Responsibilities:

Support children in their learning both individually and in small groups.
Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, helping to make learning fun and accessible.
Foster a positive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential.
Help monitor and track progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
