Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, outcome-driven learning solutions across e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, blended, and microlearning modalities
- Create high-quality training assets including courses, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments
- Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs and align solutions to business goals
- Conduct needs analyses to diagnose performance gaps and recommend interventions
- Define success metrics and evaluate learning effectiveness using methods like Kirkpatrick Levels
- Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate content development and improve efficiency
- Maintain a centralized inventory of learning assets to support knowledge retention
