Learning & Development Specialist (Santiago)

Job Summary

The Learning & Development (L&D;) Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of learning solutions across the region, primarily in the areas of leadership development, D&I;, new hire orientation, and performance management. This position is located in Santiago, Chile.

Major Responsibilities

• Deliver learning solutions at the regional level in areas including, but not limited to: leadership development, D&I;, new hire orientation, and Performance Management.
• Create an engaging learning environment and employ a variety of facilitation tools and techniques, including a discovery learning approach, to increase participation and ensure high-quality delivery of learning objectives.
• Communicate regularly and provide support to Talent Management (TM) colleagues and HR Business Partner/s to implement the overall TM strategy.
