Job Description

We are looking for a Learning and Development Partner -  Trademarks  to join our IP360 (IP-Admin Training Team)  in NOIDA . This is an amazing opportunity to work with the Training Team and help grow and upskill young and dynamic IP professionals . The team consists of 6 Trainers  and is reporting to the Associate Director, Service Operations.  
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments    
Work experience – at least 3 years in IP-Admin (Docketing, Paralegal etc.) 
in-depth knowledge of Trademarks, USTM Prosecution, Madrid and EU Trademarks and TM Priority & seniority concepts, and other Non-US jurisdictions (is a plus) 
Education - Bachelor's degree in any stream 
It would be great if you also had . . .    
Prior experience of working IP Management systems like, Foundation IP, Memotech etc. 
Train the Trainer, instructional designing is a plus.
