Learning & Development Manager

Responsible for Fresher training which included process training, setting up hostels, engaging with various stakeholders/partners and to ensure their productive at the earliest Identify, develop and drive training programs, as required, to cover a larger population of employees and improve learning face time. Recommends appropriate delivery methods to optimize knowledge transfer. Create and execute learning strategies and programs Evaluate individual and organizational development needs Create and implement innovative and efficient learning solutions according to the business & HR needs, culture and Group learning philosophy Constantly identify individuals, teams and organizations short and medium-term needs Translate company strategies into actionable learning & development strategies, plans and initiatives.
