Responsible to: The Heads of Education

Liaison with: Teaching Staff

Professional staff involved in the education and care of students.

You will be required to support young people with their education at various homes throughout the company.

Purpose of the Post: To carry out duties and responsibilities of the agreed framework and the Education Act 2002, with particular regard to the regulations made under Section 133 and the statutory responsibilities of the Proprietor of the school. To work under the guidance of senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes, to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist in the management of pupils and the classroom.
