As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance within our organization. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll design, implement, and facilitate effective learning programs, with a focus on continuous improvement to keep our workforce competitive and adaptable. Additionally, you will take ownership of the new Learning Management System (LMS) implemented by the group. RESPONSIBILITIES Training Program Design and Delivery: • Apply best practice learning methodologies to create engaging training content. • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant content.
