Job Description
The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the L&D Team by managing the administrative and operational logistics that drive successful training experiences across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating training schedules, participant communications, virtual and in-person session logistics, preparing training materials, and evaluations to ensure seamless execution of onboarding, role-based training, and ongoing development programs.
Partners with Sales and Operations Trainers, Coach & Development Managers, subject matter experts, and cross‑functional teams to ensure a consistent learner experience and support trainer focus on facilitation and coaching. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and committed to creating efficient processes that support learning, growth, and stronger business outcomes.
