The
Learning and Development Advanced Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies to improve performance and efficiencies in CX and CX OPEX.
Responsibilities
YOU will be involved in the following tasks:
Create and execute global Learning and Development strategy. Executing training programs to fulfill specific needs to learn, maintain or improve job responsibilities and skills. Assessing training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with CX/CXE managers and team leaders, instructors, and other CX stakeholders. Conducting function-wide training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, workflow, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks to identify skill gaps and recommend effective training solutions to close those gaps.
